Open End- Bituminous Patching, South, FY27-FY29

Delaware Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for Open End- Bituminous Patching, South, FY27-FY29 (contract T202606601).

D. DESCRIPTION: The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this project which will provide the mechanism for patching Delaware roadways with approved bituminous patching methods. Bituminous patching is a cost effective part of maintaining roadways by repairing isolated areas until the road's service life is reached or other pavement preservation methods are appropriate. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. E. COMPLETION TIME: All work on this contract must be complete within 1,095 Calendar Days. Extensions of contract time due to weather are specified in the Standard Specifications Section 108.7F, weather days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about December 21, 2026. The Standard Specifications can be viewed here. Units of Measure can be found at 101.4. G.
