Full original description
FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 STREET FURNITURE PAINTING, PROJECT NO. WD25008. The project will paint existing decorative streetlights at various locations Citywide.
4. Decorative Duplex – Streetlight Painting: By lump sum. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and for doing all the work involved in preparing and painting existing street light pole. Also includes masking off and protecting items and areas not to be affected. Scrape and remove loose/peeling paint. Sand and prepare surfaces to receive new finish. Wipe down with solvent to remove dirt, dust or grease. 5. Decorative Single – Streetlight Painting: By lump sum. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and for doing all the work involved in preparing and painting existing street light pole. Also includes masking off and protecting items and areas not to be affected. Scrape and remove loose/peeling paint. Sand and prepare surfaces to receive new finish. Wipe down with solvent to remove dirt, dust or grease.
Bid items also include mobilization, traffic control and water pollution control, plus a bid alternate for additional decorative streetlight painting.
