Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform snow removal services at the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement (BLCE), District Enforcement Office 2 (DEO-2) located at 1095 Hanover Street, Wilkes Barre, PA 18706, in compliance with all requirements provided in the attached specifications document.
The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.
