Patterson Office Tower – 4th Floor Renovations (UK Project 2590.51)

General Contractor bid for 4th floor renovations at Patterson Office Tower (project 2590.51): furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment and services necessary for the construction as set forth in the specifications and shown on the drawings prepared by JRA Architects.

Bids are received from Prime Contractors on a Lump Sum Amount for the total project; all phases of the work are bid to and through the Prime Contractor on the University's official Form of Proposal with bid bond. Award to the lowest responsible bidder as best value to the University. Substantial Completion within 394 consecutive calendar days from commencement; Final Completion 30 days thereafter. Bid guarantee of not less than 5% of the base bid; 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds required.

Three addenda issued (Addendum 2 includes the architect addendum). Bids and addenda must be received by 10/29/2026 at 3:00 P.M. Lexington, KY time at UK Construction Procurement, Room 322 Peterson Service Building, 411 South Limestone, Lexington, KY 40506-0005.
