Full original description
The bidder furnishes all labor and materials in accordance with the plans and specifications. Requirements: bidder must be regularly engaged in the business of painting, furnish at least three references and list painting projects completed within the last 3 years; 50% payment bond if the bid exceeds $25,000; prevailing wage per M.G.L. c.149 §§26-27D; all on-site employees must have completed a 10-hour OSHA construction safety course. Bid under M.G.L. c.30 §39M. The project must be completed by November 10, 2026.
