All labor and materials for the Western Avenue Diesel Shop Roof Replacement & HVAC Upgrade including, but not limited to, the following: Project A – Roof Replacement: the removal of existing roof and replacement with insulated metal panel roof, gutters, and ladder. Project B – HVAC Upgrades: The demolition, removal, and provision of upgraded HVAC components.
