Full original description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Construction and Demolition Department (CDD) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide design-build services for HVAC upgrades at Northwest Activities Center located at 18100 Meyers Road, Detroit.
An RTU list for the facility (Exhibit A) is included. Four addenda have been issued, including a revised bid walk date, questions due date and closing date (Addendum 03).
