Full original description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Construction and Demolition Department (CDD) requests proposals from qualified roofing contractors interested in installing a Duro-Last Roof System. The City of Detroit intends to establish a roof contract for an authorized Duro-Last installer to provide roof installation services at CDD’s Huber St. facility located at 6333 Huber St, Detroit, MI 48211.
Performance and payment bonds are required of the award winner. Two addenda have been issued.
